Our Story

One summer day, our family was hanging out beside the pool, shooting the bull. While we had ice-cold beers to stave off the Texas sun, we were looking for the perfect game to pair with the day. 

Digging into our dad's woodshop, we found some scrap pirate swords from a past project, and an old whiffle ball salvaged during our most recent park lap. A few drinks later, Pirate Ball was born.

It's a game best played on a day when you've got nothing going on. It's best played with close family, or old friends, or new acquaintances, or total strangers. It's a game to bring us together, to celebrate our collective accomplishments and to challenge ourselves to achieve more. And it's the perfect way to finish off a cooler of cold ones.

We've laid out the House Rules that you'd play with us. Feel free to make your own rules, and please share them with us when you do! There's no wrong way to play, and we are ecstatic to bring you into the Pirate Ball family. Play ball!
